So wonderful! I loved each part!

And it got me thinking... If this really were part of the EE books, the bedside-note-from-the-past would be an excellent way to convince Sespian of Sicarius'... compassionate nature*.

*
Spoiler
And by compassionate nature I mean his intense, honorable love for his son.

Picture this: Sespian sees Sic's handwriting at some point and briefly wonders why it seems familiar. Although, of course they're in the midst of some intense battle/chase/infiltration scene, and he doesn't have time to think on it. Later in the book, something triggers Sespian's memory about the bedside note, and he realizes with sudden clarity that Sicarius did something totally noble and selfless. From there, the possibilities are endless regarding how The Truth is fully revealed... Hehehehe *imagines with glee*

Oh I don't know about that. I kinda suck at writing fiction. So many ideas, and no idea how to carry them out  :(

That was an awesome story. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Made me grin the way Sicarius was the one to rescue the cat. :D
