Ok. Story written. And it's definitely Smexy! But is it NC-17? Kitty, moldynotgo, Moondreamer, and Mana appear to have volunteered to serve as the smut classification committee. Ladies: kindly message me your emails and I'll send a draft a little later. Or can I attach something to an in forum message?

Teddy Ruxpin did, briefly, attempt a comeback. I believe it failed.

And POUND PUPPIES?! I almost have to get on a plane NOW, fly 5000 miles, and make sure my mother hasn't thrown mine out yet.

The Smut Classification Committee has spoken: It is merely R and not NC-17. Sorry! I'll try to be smuttier next time.

Posting soon in alternate universe.

Problem with 80s is it is all coming back, Strawberry Shortcake, He-man, She-ra, Ghostbusters, My Little Pony, Cabbage Patch Kids, Garbage Pail Kids, The Mandy Doll, Easy Bake Oven, Shrinky Dink, gah the list could go on an on.

You cant forget PINWHEEL OR TODAYS SPECIAL with the manican that came to life when you put his hat on. Oh yes, and David the gnome.

I'm writing something that I'm not quite sure how to classify: NC-17 or AU?

I wouldn't want to burn anybody's eyeballs. Perhaps someone familiar with Smexy writing could volunteer to beta read? (But you'll have to make a 1980s or earlier pop culture reference to prove you're legal!)

I saw Ghostbusters in the theater!!!!

Man, I need to finish catching up before hitting Reply.  *sigh*

Yeah, saw it in the theater too.  Also caught Star Wars but I was a week old and sat under the seat so I'm not sure it counts as I *watched* it.  ;)

Sounds like most of the "talkers" are in the age range of late 20s through to the early 40s and a lot of us seem to be right in the middle of 30!

Ahh my peers.  Welcome all (no matter the age range - as long as you are a fan).

Yeah it's weird that the current 18-year-olds were born in 1994. I work under the assumption that everyone born later than my year is underage :D

I'll feel old when the 18 year olds are from 1996.  *sigh*  I will finally know how my hubby feels when I tease him about how I was in middle school in 1989 and he was graduating.

When i was celebrating my 3rd birthday my husband was fighting his way up Mount Longdon in the Falklands War.  I get great pleasure in extracting the urine from him, but he gets equal ;)

Now you all are making me feel OLD!  I've recently decided that I'm going to boycott birthdays for the next few years.  That way I won't have to admit to a handful of decades until I'm good and ready to do so.

I decided when I turned 30 to count backwards until I was 21 again.  :P

Come on ladies, 30 is the new 20. Guess that means that 19 is actually 9.  :(

That age group sure acts 9.  Hedonistic and entitled and slightly coddled.
