Are we now discussing the accoutrements inside of the bunker of love? Excellent.

I always find the glimpses we get into your slightly twisted smutty mind quite educational delightful.

I would imagine their own private property, with an unlisted address.  Amaranthe doesn't seem like she was ever the ~borrow a cup of sugar~ type of neighbor anyway, so they'd just be the neighbors nobody really knows.  Which is honestly how most of our neighbors are.

I think that this would be likely, however...

Airship, totally. Like the end of Howl's Moving Castle ;)

Nah, I'd imagine a simple, if kinda upscale house near the Barracks. Or Sic might prefer to be in the Barracks so he could keep an eye on Sespian. The place is huge and I imagine there's some out of the way quarters they could commandeer.

I think it'd be awesome if they did live in an airship and met...Cedar and Kali! CROSSOVER. (dunno how they'd go from one universe to the next though :) )

I don't think Sicairus and Amaranthe would live in the Barracks unless Sespian is still there (as Emperor or otherwise). Else, I could possibly see them travelling around. I don't think Sicarius would be ready to settle down any time soon.

More like Am not wanting to. The woman loves adventure and doesn't seem bothered in the slightest about bouncing around. Oh, every on. In awhile she misses the stuff she had when she had an apartment but I think she's too much into adventure to do the white picket fence thing just yet

I have this wonderful mental image of a peacetime Sicarius. You know how Sherlock Holmes retired and became a beekeeper? So yes, like that.

Sicarius the bee keeper.

Or perhaps the gentleman farmer. He glares the wheat into ripening. Sicarius as Alamanzo. Oh, I COULD go on!

It would have to be an apple orchard in his case.

He'd probably be anal enough for Bonsai trees.

what I don't get is can Sicarius, and now Am ever be able to settle down into that normal life?  Excitement is a drug, so would either of them really want that total safe place?  Unless they did have children then they'd want somewhere for them I assume

I really wasn't going to get into the middle of this, but...

There's already canon precedent for relatively safe, lonely locales. Secret bunker? No, and I doubt we'd find one. (Secret bank account? Now that has me thinking. How would he afford clothes and knives without an income stream...not a fortune, mind you, but I digress). BUT--a place where a) they are completely alone and b) it's safe enough to, um, yeah...there have already been two instances in canon:

1) The cabin in Dark Currents. Yes, the shaman was out there somewhere, but with the thunderstorm, it'd be highly unlikely for visitors to drop in. Sic even went barefoot.  :) Of course, that was too early in the timeline, but still a plausible location. Lay the knives out and bar the door!

Spoiler
2) The cave in B&B. The trail was cold, the pursuers were far behind them. Timing was still a problem, but there you go.

All that said, no I don't think Sic has a bunker in Stumps...but that's not to say they won't find a little accidental hideaway for the fireworks ;)  We'll just have to see what Lindsay does with that scenario to know for sure. But--I think both sides of this debate will be met halfway, if I had to guess. (And it is a guess--I haven't any advance knowledge).
